What is Sādhanā?

 

Sādhanā is a Sanskrit word. It means “Spiritual Practice” or “Discipline.” and refers to a focused and dedicated practice with discipline that helps individual to grow spiritually, bring self-realization, and lead the path towards enlightenment.

Sādhanā is a deep personal journey. The practices may evolve over time, which ultimately depends on a individual’s needs and spiritual goals. It can come in several forms, such as meditation, prayers, chanting mantras, yoga, or other spiritual exercises. It is the ultimate path to connect with higher self.
